1. General Policy on Subscription Payments

All subscriptions to EnablU services are billed on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing to Enbo Pro or any other service, you agree to the recurring payment structure. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided for unused portions of the subscription period.

2. Non-Refundable Subscription Fees

As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable, and there are no pro-rata refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods. This applies to both monthly and annual subscription plans.

  • Once a subscription payment is processed, the fee is non-refundable, except under the circumstances listed in this policy.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • 3. Exceptions to Non-Refundable Policy

  • Billing Errors: If there was a technical or billing error on our part, we will correct the error and issue a refund if applicable.

    You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the account settings or by contacting our customer support team. Once canceled, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.

    6. No Refunds for Cancellations

    If you cancel your subscription, you will not be issued a refund for the remaining portion of your billing period. Instead, you will continue to have access to the service until the subscription period ends.

    Payments for Enbo Pro are processed through WigWag, powered by Stitch, a secure third-party payment service provider. By making a payment, you agree to WigWag's and Stitch's terms of service and privacy policies, which can be found on their respective websites.

    2. Subscription Fees

    Enbo Pro is a paid subscription service. The following terms apply:

    Monthly Subscription: The subscription fee for Enbo Pro is once per month, billed on a recurring basis.

    Currency: All fees are listed in ZAR (South African Rand), and payment will be processed in this currency unless otherwise specified.

    3. Billing Cycle

    Your subscription fee will be charged on a recurring monthly basis on the same date each month, corresponding to the date you signed up for the subscription.

    First Payment: The first payment will be charged upon completing your registration for Enbo Pro.

    Recurring Payments: Subsequent payments will be automatically charged on the same date each month.

    Billing Issues: If there is an issue with your payment method, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If payment is unsuccessful, your access to Enbo Pro may be suspended or terminated.

    We accept the following payment methods via WigWag:

    Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards.

    Bank Transfers: Direct bank transfers powered by Stitch.

    By providing your payment information, you authorize us and our third-party payment provider to charge the relevant subscription fee to your selected payment method.

    5. Cancellation and Termination

    You can cancel your subscription to Enbo Pro at any time.

    Subscription fees do not include any applicable taxes, including VAT, GST, or other sales taxes. You are responsible for any such taxes that apply to your subscription based on your location.
