Yugro is licensed based on how it is used across teams, clients, and programmes.

Licence 1 - Internal Use Licence
Internal teams

Start with a small team, and move to annual as your use stabilises.

For testing and early rollout

  • Up to 5 users → R2,400 / month
  • Up to 10 users → R3,600 / month
  • Up to 20 users → R5,400 / month

Licence 3 - Programme / Cohort Licence
Workshops & Programmes

Run structured programmes using Yugro. Each licence supports one cohort for a defined delivery period.

Choose your programme size

Select the cohort size that fits your programme. Pricing is per programme, not per participant.
Fixed 8-week delivery. Each programme requires a new Licence 3 entitlement.

  • 15 participants → R18,000 / programme (Small / executive cohort)
  • 25 participants → R30,000 / programme (Standard programme)
  • 40 participants → R40,000 / programme (Large cohort)

VAT excluded

Start with a smaller cohort, then expand programme size or run multiple cohorts in parallel.

Licence 4 — Institutional Deployment

Scale Yugro across your institution with coordinated delivery, multiple programmes, and integrated systems.

Deployment includes:

 

  • Run multiple cohorts in parallel across the year
  • Includes structured facilitation tools and framework support
  • Alignment across teams

Deployment starts at R180,000 per year
