We collect limited personal information to deliver our services effectively: 

  • For Individual Accounts: 
  • Name and email address 
  • Language preference 
  • Business-related inputs during onboarding 
  • For Team Accounts (Coming soon): 
  • Team Admin’s name and contact details 
  • Team member names and roles (only if submitted by the Team Admin) 
  • No data is collected from team members unless the Team Admin completes onboarding 
  • For All Users: 
  • Usage data (e.g., page visits, interactions with the AI mentor) 
  • Language and personalization settings 
  • Uploaded documents (future feature) 

 

  1. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to: 

  • Personalize your experience with the AI mentor 
  • Guide you through business planning and strategy 
  • Improve platform functionality and user experience 
  • Communicate with you about your account or service updates 

 

  1. Data Storage and Retention
  • Data is only stored for users who complete onboarding and choose to continue after the trial. 
  • Trial users’ data is not retained unless they opt in. 
  • Uploaded documents (when available) will be stored securely and only for active users.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except: 

  • With trusted service providers who support platform operations (e.g., hosting, analytics)

Content Responsibility & Copyright Policy

Yugro (by EnablU) allows users to input content and, in future versions, upload documents to support their business planning and mentoring experience. This policy outlines your responsibilities and our approach to content ownership, copyright, and compliance. 

  1. User Responsibility

By using Yugro, you agree that: 

  • You are responsible for the content you input or upload. 
  • You will not submit content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. 
  • You will ensure that any uploaded documents are either owned by you or used with proper permission. 
  1. Copyright and Ownership
  • You retain ownership of the original content you create and upload. 
  • EnablU does not claim ownership over your business ideas, plans, or documents. 
  • By submitting content, you grant EnablU a non-exclusive license to process and display it for the purpose of delivering services. 
  1. Prohibited Content

You may not upload or input content that: 

  • Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws 
  • Contains confidential or sensitive information without proper authorization 
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, or discriminatory 
  1. AI-Generated Content

EnablU’s AI mentor may generate content based on your inputs. While we strive for originality and relevance: 

  • AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be free of third-party references 
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying AI outputs before use 
  • EnablU is not liable for any misuse or misrepresentation of AI-generated content 
  1. Legal Templates and Advice
    EnablU does not provide official legal templates or licensed legal advice. While our AI mentor may guide you through general compliance topics, it does not replace professional legal services. For contracts, registrations, or other legal documentation, please consult a licensed legal professional.
  2. 6. Future Upload Feature & Copyright Compliance

EnablU does not currently support document uploads, but this feature is planned for a future release. 

When document uploads become available: 

  • Users will be responsible for ensuring that any content they include (such as text, images, or brand elements) does not infringe on copyright laws 
  • EnablU does not monitor or verify uploaded content 
  • EnablU cannot be held liable for any misuse or infringement 
  • To stay compliant, always use original content or ensure you have the right to use any third-party material in your business plan.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates this policy and suspend accounts that repeatedly breach copyright rules.
