1.Startup Disclaimer 

Yugro is a growing product distributed by EnablU, a mission-driven startup. We are continuously improving our platform, features, and AI mentor based on user feedback and evolving needs. 

As a startup: 

• Some features may still be in development or released in beta 

• Occasional bugs or limitations may occur 

• We welcome your feedback to help us grow and serve you better

2. How EnablU Uses AI

EnablU uses artificial intelligence to support users in planning, building, and growing their businesses. Our AI mentor is designed to: 

• Ask relevant questions to guide your thinking 

• Help you structure your business plan 

• Offer suggestions based on your inputs 

• Provide educational and strategic support 

Unlike traditional AI tools, EnablU’s mentor initiates the conversation to help users who may feel unsure about where to start. 

3. AI Limitations

EnablU’s AI mentor is designed to support users in business planning and decision-making. While we strive for accuracy and relevance, the AI may occasionally generate responses that are incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. 

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: AI outputs are based on patterns and available data, and may not reflect the most current or applicable information. 

• No Professional Advice: Responses should not be considered legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Users are encouraged to consult qualified professionals for critical decisions. 

• Bias and Limitations: AI systems may reflect biases present in training data or user inputs. We continuously work to improve fairness and inclusivity. 

• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for verifying information and making their own decisions. EnablU is not liable for outcomes based on AI-generated content. 

• External Actions & User Responsibility: Yugro can guide users through steps such as business registration. However: 

• Yugro does not complete these actions for you. 

• Yugro does not verify or guarantee the accuracy or legal compliance of your external steps. 

• No Official Legal Templates: EnablU does not provide official legal templates or licensed legal advice. While our AI mentor may guide you through general compliance topics (e.g., contracts, registrations), it does not replace professional legal services. 

By using Yugro, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.

4. What AI Can and Cannot Do

AI Can: 

• Assist with business planning and strategy 

• Offer personalized guidance based on your responses 

• Help you explore ideas and structure your thinking 

AI Cannot: 

• Make decisions for you 

• Guarantee business success 

• Replace professional legal, financial, or regulatory advice 

5. Business Registration Support

Yugro can guide you through the business registration process by helping you understand the steps and prepare the necessary information. However, Yugro does not complete the registration for you, nor can it guarantee legal compliance. You are responsible for submitting your registration to the appropriate authority.

6. Data and Privacy

EnablU’s AI processes your inputs to generate responses. We do not store personal data unless you choose to continue after your trial and complete the onboarding form. For more information, see our Privacy Policy. 

7. Language and Accessibility

Yugro supports all South African languages and many global languages. You can choose your preferred language during onboarding, and the AI will ask whether you’d like to continue in that language or in English. 

8. Limitations and Transparency

While we strive for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. We encourage users to apply critical thinking and seek professional advice when needed. 

9. Funding Support
EnablU does not offer loans, grants, or investment funding. Our focus is on providing AI-powered mentorship and strategic guidance. For funding, we recommend exploring financial institutions, government programs, or investment partners.
