These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EnablU platform and its associated products, including Yugro, an AI-powered business support tool. By creating an account, using any EnablU product, or participating in a subscription or referral program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 

 

Purpose of These Terms 

  • To define the rights and responsibilities of individual users, team admins, contributors, and members. 
  • To outline how EnablU’s services are accessed, used, and managed across different account types. 
  • To ensure transparency around data handling, privacy, security, and subscription management. 
  • To provide clear guidelines for participation in referral programs, trials, and team onboarding. 
  • To comply with applicable laws, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa. 

 

Who These Terms Apply To 

These Terms apply to all users of the EnablU platform, including: 

  • Individual entrepreneurs and learners 
  • Facilitators, coaches, and consultants 
  • Partners  

Relationship Between EnablU and Yugro.app 

Yugro is the AI-powered business support product offered through EnablU. EnablU serves as the platform through which users access Yugro, manage their accounts, and handle subscriptions. All user interactions, purchases, and account management are facilitated through EnablU, while Yugro.app provides the AI tools and mentoring experience. 

 

  1. Account Types & Access

EnablU offers different account types to support a variety of users, including individuals, facilitators, and teams (coming soon). Access to Yugro’s tools and resources is granted based on the account type selected during registration or purchase. 

2.1 Individual Accounts 

  • Designed for entrepreneurs, learners, and solo users. 
  • Each individual receives a unique AI access link. 
  • Users can interact with the AI mentor, complete business planning tools, and track personal progress. 

2.2 Team Accounts (COMING SOON) 

2.3 Access Conditions 

  • Access to Yugro is granted upon account creation or activation of a valid subscription. 
  • Users must keep login credentials secure and not share AI access links. 
  • EnablU reserves the right to suspend or revoke access in cases of misuse, unauthorized sharing, or violation of these Terms. 

 

  1. 3. Subscription & Billing

 

EnablU offers subscription-based access to its AI tools and business planning resources. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below regarding payment, renewal, cancellation, and billing responsibilities. 

 

3.1 Subscription Options 

  • Users may choose from different subscription tiers based on their needs (e.g., Individual Starter, Grow, Pro or Power). 

3.2 Billing Terms 

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). 
  • All payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider PayFast. 
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. 

3.3 Trial Period 

  • No billing occurs during the trial period. 
  • Once the trial has expired, you need to add a payment method to your account in order to activate the paid subscription. 

3.4 Upgrades & Downgrades 

  • You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. 
  • Changes to your plan may affect billing amounts and access features. 
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply from the next billing cycle. 

3.5 Cancellation Policy 

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. 
  • Access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. 
  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by law. 
  • Upon cancellation, all AI access links will be disabled, and data will be deleted unless retention is requested. 

3.6 Billing Disputes 

  • If you believe you were incorrectly charged, please contact support within 14 days of the transaction. 
  • We will investigate and resolve billing disputes in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. 

 

5. Security & Privacy 

 

5.1. Data Protection Commitment 

EnablU is committed to protecting your personal information and ensuring your data is handled securely and responsibly. We comply with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other applicable data protection laws. 

5.2. Data Collection & Use 

We only collect data necessary to: 

  • Provide access to Yugro.app tools 
  • Personalize your experience 
  • Track progress and support business planning 
  • We do not sell your data or share it with third parties without your explicit consent. 

5.3. AI Data Handling 

  • Inputs to the AI mentor are processed in real-time and are not stored or reused. 
  • EnablU does not share your data with third-party AI providers for training or storage. 
  • All AI interactions are configured to prevent logging by external services. 

5.4. Account Security 

  • EnablU uses industry-standard encryption and secure authentication protocols. 
  • Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is optional for individual  

5.5. Business Plan Privacy 

  • Your business plan is private and securely stored in your account. 
  • EnablU does not access or share your content. 
  • You control when and how to share your plan (e.g., via PDF download). 

5.6. Data Retention & Deletion 

  • If you cancel your account, your data will be deleted unless you request export or retention. 
  • No data is stored for unsubmitted or inactive users. 

5.7. User Rights 

You have the right to: 

  • Access your personal data 
  • Request corrections or deletions 
  • Withdraw consent for data processing

  1. User Responsibilities

By using Yugro, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these Terms. Your conduct should support a safe, respectful, and productive environment for yourself and others. 

6.1 Accurate Information 

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account or submitting forms. 
  • You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. 

6.2 Responsible Use of AI Tools 

  • You agree to use EnablU’s AI mentor and planning tools for lawful and constructive purposes. 
  • You must not use the platform to generate or share harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content. 
  • You understand that AI-generated content is for guidance only and should not be considered legal, financial, or professional advice. 

6.3 Respect for Intellectual Property (IP) 

  • You may not upload or use content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. 
  • You retain ownership of your business plans and user-generated content, but grant EnablU permission to store and process it securely for platform functionality. 

6.4 Account Security 

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and AI access links. 
  • You must not share your access with unauthorized users. 
  • You agree to notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or account misuse. 

6.5 Compliance with Laws 

  • You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations such as POPIA. 
  • You must not use Yugro for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unethical activities. 

 

  1. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

EnablU respects the ownership of user-generated content and is committed to protecting intellectual property rights. This section outlines how content is handled on the platform. 

7.1 User-Generated Content 

  • You retain full ownership of any content you create or upload to Yugro, including business plans, assessments, and notes. 
  • EnablU does not claim ownership over your intellectual property. 
  • You grant EnablU a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing platform functionality. 

7.2 AI-Generated Content 

  • Content generated by EnablU’s AI mentor is provided for guidance and support. 
  • You may use AI-generated content for personal or business purposes, but EnablU does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for legal or financial decisions. 
  • You are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before use. 

7.3 Platform Content 

  • All platform materials, including templates, guides, instructional content, and branding elements, are the intellectual property of EnablU. 
  • You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify platform content without written permission, except where explicitly allowed (e.g., downloadable templates for personal use). 

7.4 Copyright & Infringement 

  • You agree not to upload or use content that infringes on the rights of others, including copyrighted materials, trademarks, or proprietary information. 
  • EnablU reserves the right to remove content that violates intellectual property laws or these Terms. 
  • If you believe your IP has been used without authorization, please contact our support team with relevant details. 

 

  1. Platform Limitations & Disclaimers

EnablU provides access to Yugro to support business planning, mentoring, and personal development. While we strive to offer high-quality tools and guidance, users must understand the limitations of the platform and its AI features. 

8.1 AI Guidance Disclaimer 

  • Yugro is an AI-powered mentor designed to assist with business planning and decision-making. 
  • AI-generated content is for informational and educational purposes only. 
  • It should not be considered legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. 
  • Users are responsible for validating and applying AI-generated content appropriately. 

8.2 No Guarantee of Outcomes 

  • EnablU does not guarantee business success, financial results, or specific outcomes from using Yugro or any other product. 
  • The platform is a support tool; results depend on user input, decisions, and external factors. 

8.3 Service Availability 

  • While we aim for high uptime and reliability, EnablU does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Yugro or other services. 
  • Temporary outages, maintenance, or updates may affect availability. 
  • We will communicate planned downtime where possible. 

8.4 Third-Party Services 

  • Some features may rely on third-party integrations (e.g., email delivery, analytics). 
  • EnablU is not responsible for the performance or data handling of third-party services outside its control. 

8.5 Liability Limitation 

  • EnablU is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. 
  • This includes loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm. 

 

  1. Termination & Suspension

EnablU reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts under specific conditions outlined below. These measures are in place to protect the integrity of the platform and ensure a safe experience for all users. 

9.1 Voluntary Termination 

  • You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time via your account dashboard. 
  • Upon cancellation, access to Yugro and any other EnablU products will be disabled at the end of the current billing cycle. 
  • Data will be deleted unless retention is explicitly requested. 

9.2 Suspension or Termination by EnablU 

EnablU may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if: 

  • You violate these Terms or applicable laws 
  • You misuse the platform or AI tools 
  • You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behavior 
  • You submit unauthorized or infringing content 
  • You share access links or credentials inappropriately 

9.3 Impact of Termination 

  • All access to AI tools or any other feature will be revoked. 

9.4 Appeal Process 

  • If you believe your account was suspended or terminated in error, you may contact support at info@enablu.co.za. 
  • EnablU will review your case and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

EnablU is committed to operating in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including those governing data protection, consumer rights, and digital services. This section outlines your legal obligations and our responsibilities as a service provider. 

10.1 Governing Law 

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. 
  • Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts. 

10.2 Data Protection Compliance 

  • EnablU complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and other relevant data protection laws. 
  • We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your personal information.

10.3 User Compliance 

  • You agree to use the platform in accordance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:  
  • Intellectual property laws 
  • Data protection regulations 
  • Anti-fraud and anti-abuse policies 

10.4 Export & International Use 

  • If you access EnablU or Yugro from outside South Africa, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. 
  • EnablU does not guarantee that its services are appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. 

10.5 Dispute Resolution 

  • In the event of a dispute, users are encouraged to contact support first to seek informal resolution. 
  • If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to formal mediation or legal proceedings under South African law.

EnablU may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We encourage users to review this section periodically.

  • Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
